welcome!
Below you will find an overview of the steps involved in the Evergreen admissions process. More information on each step is given below.
4-STEP ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Step One: Attend an Informational Meeting
All prospective Evergreen families are REQUIRED to attend an Informational Meeting.
Informational Meetings are available throughout the year, but most frequently occur January through May. Please check the RSVP schedule for available meeting times.
The calendar below lists currently scheduled Informational Meetings.

Step Two: Application & Incoming Student Assessment
Prayerfully consider Evergreen as an option for your family.
Parents complete the Online Application using the link sent to you after attending an Information Meeting.
Review our Evergreen Statement of Faith. All families must affirm our Statement of Faith and be in agreement to our mission statement, policies, and all procedures to continue the application process.
There is a non-refundable, $200 Application Fee when submitting your application.
After a review of the online application and receipt of all required paperwork, the family should administer the Incoming Student Assessment to each prospective student. Once the Incoming Student Assessment is evaluated, families will receive an email stating whether or not we are moving forward with the family interview process.
Step Three: Family Interview
A Family Interview will be scheduled with the Head of School and an Evergreen administrator for both parents and the prospective student(s).
After the interview, the prospective family will be notified through email whether or not the Evergreen will be extending an offer of admission to Evergreen Classical School.
Step Four: Enrollment
If a family is offered admission, the family will be required to do the following in order to secure enrollment:
Pay the non-refundable Enrollment Fee online. This step secures your student’s seat at Evergreen.
Pay the full amount of first semester tuition by the tuition deadline. (See Tuition Payment Deadline Section in Handbook)
Prepare for the start of school using our detailed Welcome Guide and Summer Preparatory Documents.
